a large 30 m² attic room on the second floor.(wooden floor and exposed beams.) overlooking the park
private bathroom and toilets
bathroom towels included
King size bed(180/190) (+ a single bed and /or a cot for children if necessary)

Rates per night :
70,00€ / 2 people
18,00€ per additional person
12 € for a child

The Balzac bedroom: a 20 m² attic bedroom on the second floor
Wooden floor and exposed beams
Private bathroom and toilets.
One bed (140/190)

Rates per night :
50,00 € for 2 people

Booking is effective upon receipt of your deposit (half the total payment).
In case of cancellation your deposit will not be returned.

Payment : The balance must be paid on arrival by cheque or cash.
